Perseid Collective operates on a sliding scale. Please indicate below how you will remit payment. You will receive more information about how to remit payment after submitting the form below.

Cost above is per child and per session. (For example, two children enrolled at the Heart level will be $650 total.)

If payment within the sliding scale isn’t possible for your family, please let us know in order to work out what is possible. No family is excluded for inability to pay.
